Biography of Luca de Mayo:

Luca de Mayo was born in Milan, Italy in 1967 and graduated from the University of Bocconi in Milan with a degree in Business Administration.

Luca de Mayo started his career at Renault and then worked for Toyota (Europe). He later joined the Fiat Group and managed the Lancia, Fiat and Alfa Romeo brands. He has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Luca de Mayo joined the Volkswagen Group in 2009 as Director of Marketing for Volkswagen Brand Passenger Cars and Volkswagen Group. Since 2012, he has been a member of the board of directors of Audi, responsible for sales and marketing.

On April 25, 2016, she was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Renault Group. She also chairs the board of directors of RCI Bank and is a member of the Renault Group Executive Committee.

On October 11, 2019, she was appointed interim CEO of Renault, while still serving as Renault Group Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the Board of RCI Bank.
